• Regulatory Monitoring: Stay informed about blockchain regulations, policy changes, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
• Web & On-Chain Data Integration: Unified search capabilities that aggregate data from blockchain networks and web sources.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

3. Account Registration

Cryptocurrency Payments: We may accept payments in cryptocurrency. Such payments are subject to network confirmation times and applicable blockchain transaction fees. Exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Pro-rata refunds may be available for annual subscriptions cancelled within the first 14 days.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

Our License to You: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal purposes.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such content solely to provide the Services to you.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Services utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to analyze data and generate insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should independently verify any critical information before making decisions.
• Not Financial Advice: Nothing in our Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only.
• Evolving Technology: AI models are continuously updated and may produce different results over time for the same queries.

8. Blockchain Data Disclaimer

Our Services aggregate and analyze data from public blockchain networks. You acknowledge that:

• Data Accuracy: Blockchain data is sourced from third-party networks and may be subject to delays, errors, or inconsistencies beyond our control.
• No Endorsement: Display of wallet addresses, transactions, or token information does not constitute endorsement or verification of legitimacy.
• Chain Reorganizations: Blockchain networks may undergo reorganizations that could affect the accuracy of historical data.
• Smart Contract Risks: We do not audit or verify smart contracts. Interacting with smart contracts based on our data is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIRATH NETWORK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated content or blockchain data
• Investment losses or financial decisions made based on our Services
• Third-party actions or the conduct of other users

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sirath Network and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Services

11. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@barzakh.tech or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sirath Network is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
